Delivery Information
We deliver to all cities in Cyprus including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Famagusta. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mmdequipment.cy with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Items that are not eligible for return: opened consumables, personalised items, hygiene products (e.g. teethers, bottles) once opened, and items damaged through misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mmdequipment.cy with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
