Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of mmdequipment.cy (the “Website”), operated by MMD Equipment.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
1. About this Website
The Website is a product catalogue. It presents the equipment we supply, with descriptions, specifications, images and related documents.
The Website does not display prices, does not have a checkout, and no payment is taken through it. Products are supplied on request following a written quotation.
2. Requesting a quotation
To buy from us, submit a quote request through the Website and we will reply with a written quotation.
A quote request is not an order and places you under no obligation. Submitting an enquiry or contacting us through the Website does not by itself create a contract between us.
Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. Prices are given in Euros, with the VAT treatment stated on the quotation.
3. Orders and payment
A contract between us is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after you accept a quotation.
Payment terms are agreed with you directly and set out on the quotation or invoice. No payment is processed through this Website.
We reserve the right to decline any quote request or order.
4. Delivery
Delivery of confirmed orders is arranged with you directly. Any delivery timeframes we give are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for further details.
5. Product information
We make every effort to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Website is complete, current or free of errors.
Images are for illustration. Colours, finishes and details may differ slightly from the product supplied.
All products are subject to availability. The specification that applies to your order is the one confirmed on your quotation.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials on this Website are owned by or licensed to MMD Equipment.
This includes, without limitation:
- written content and product descriptions;
- photographs, graphics and visual materials;

Brand names, logos and product documents belonging to the manufacturers we represent remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our prior written permission.
